Manager, Case Support Services or Supervisor Case Support Services

Reports to:
• Vice President

Responsibilities:
• Provide Case Design and Illustration Support for Life Producers
• Manage Support Staff Responsible for Illustrations, Underwriting, and Policy Service
• Manage Relationships with Primary Life Insurance Carriers
• Coordinate Software/Update Changes from Carriers.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
• Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Analyze Illustrations and Provide Product Analysis

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 Years Experience in Life Insurance Field or Brokerage Office
• $85-125k with experience

Recruiter/Regional Marketing Mgr. description:

This position will entail calling on agents and general agencies for the purpose of recruiting to our 30 life companies.  Must have recruiting experience in our marketplace and prefer to have a current agent base intact to draw from.  May be located in any state and travel is not be necessary.

Compensation package consists of salary, draw and bonus. All production based.  Position could earn $115,000 to $200,000 with experience.

New Business Manager description:

This person will process apps, agent licensing, and do some light illustrations work. Experience in new business is required along with basic knowledge of windows, insurance company software, and letter writing skills. We prefer to make this a full time position, however flex-time may be available. Salary would be between $20,000 and $30,000 and will be commensurate with experience and technical level. Health and retirement benefits are available if necessary.
